Why intentions don't work without action

Did you set intentions this New Year, yet haven't seen any results? Take a moment to think about whether your actions are in line with your intentions.

For example, your intention this New Year was to lose weight, yet it is 4 months into the year and the weight hasn't budged. Now you are starting to feel frustrated and down on yourself.  This is a self-defeating cycle that a lot of us go through, but its never too late to break the cycle and move towards getting you to your goal!

Taking responsibility for where you are at, recognizing where you need to change, and taking action is the key to achieving more than you can imagine.
